Up for sale here have my original paint 1953 Chevrolet 3100 patina short bed truck project will come with clean and current Ks title that matches the engine number like when sold new in the state of kansas.  It also has the body plate inside the drivers door.  The truck has never had any body work done and does have some of the typical rust and dents from truck used on farm for years.  Someone did spray small amount of black on that drivers fender.  There's rust in the kick panels, lower cowl, floors, cab corners and passenger side running board.  The frame is nice and solid.  The grille is really straight for one of these trucks and the tailgate isn't to bad either.  It is missing the front valance.  The drivers side body panels are straighter than the passenger side.  The truck has Unity spotlight, nice AM radio, and whats left of the factory bumper guard.  It has some other add ons like international heater, placard on the back and park light mounted under the dash for lighting on the passenger side.  The truck has an incomplete 216 that is probably locked up and three speed with all linkage in place and has the transmission coming through the floor with shifter handle that is disconnected.  Its in neutral and rolls and steers fine so haven't messed with transmission.  A previous owner started to take few things off of the truck like the radiator, hood latch, hood emblems, and spotlight.  I put the spotlight back on for pictures and have the radiator and hood latch.  Its missing one hood emblem and dealer logo for the hood and the other dealer logo was snapped in half and the mounting pins broke.  I also have small can of the bolts that were removed.  The glass is all weathered and couple of pieces are cracked.  The passenger side is broken out but have the track for it.  Both bumpers are bent up but are factory.  The original wood is under the steel in the bed but it is missing few chunks out of it.  This truck would make killer patina shop truck or is complete enough you could restore it original if you wanted too.  The title work has been with the state and will be in hand within month.  This is selling with no reserve and check my other auction for 1948 Chevrolet 3600 in similar condition.  Thanks and good luck bidding.On Apr-21-16 at 12:02:34 PDT, seller added the following information:I made shutterfly album with 58 pictures of the truck.  That site is patina1953chev3100.shutterfly.com.  I also have very complete but locked up 235 that is coming out of my 1937 Chevy truck that would sell to the winner of the truck very reasonably if interested.  Thanks for your interest.
