“This Biscayne of mine will need some body work where there are some rust locations mainly leading edge of hood and trailing edge of truck lid... and headliner will need some repair. No dents and never been in an accident. Was repainted in 1985 just to keep it in good shape before parking it in the barn. So it is good for a restoration project.”
This Biscayne was purchased new by my Grandad in 1964. He passed away in 1968... and my Grandmother drove it to the store and to church untill she passed in 1984. inherited it in 1984 and had it repainted to prevent rust. parked it in my barn in 1987 where it has been ever since. Engine block is full of oil. It will need some body work along the trunk lid and leading edge of the hood where there is some rust. Otherwise with little effort... it should be running fine after little work. Interior is in surprisingly good condition with exception of headliner that will need some repair as the stitching is separating. will accept PayPal payments for the purchase good faith deposit and you may bring cash when you come to get it... else money order or certified cashiers check for remaining balance of purchase price.
