1968 Ford Mustang Fastback Body: This car is an abandoned project from restoration shop that went out business. It has been in the previous owner's garage completely disassembled for years. The shop had done all the heavy lifting and the body was roughed in and in the first coat of primer. The car has had the tail panel removed and replaced. The quarter panels have been replaced from the body line down with aftermarket quarters. The doors are original to the car and appear to be in very good shape. Fender and hood are also in very good condition as well as the decklid. The floor pans are very solid, but have been replaced at some point. The upper and lower cowl panel has been recently replaced at professional shop back ground and resistance welded in). All in all the body is complete except for the rear valance. There are no large dents, no rust holes, and is great starting place for final tuning and paint.
Mechanical: Included with the car is an 302 engine block, timing cover, Edelbrock aluminum intake, cylinder heads, valve covers, pulleys, two distributors, starter, driveshaft, headers, two automatic transmission, rear end that is currently in the the car in addition to an extra rear that has been professionally rebuilt with limited slip. There is also brake booster, KYB shocks, newer radiator, alternator, and exhaust. Interior: The car comes with an extra steering column and heater box. In addition to this there are gauges, seats front and rear, some wiring in questionable condition, and all of the fastback trim to the best of my knowledge (some may have few small cracks). Trim: The original back glass is there and in good shape. There are two rear bumpers, one front bumper, an extra set of vent assemblies, there are gill pieces, but not full assembly. Also two sets of taillights, an extra set of usable doors, multiple back up lights and side markers, original windshield trim in very nice condition, partial rear window trim, original fastback front door glasses in good condition.
