Full payment must be received within business days of the end ofauction. Payment must made by bank wire transfer only. If funds are notreceived, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can andwill be made available to other potential buyers on first-come, first-servebasis. The parties agree that this contract shall be construed under thesubstantive laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, that the Provincial Court ofOntario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action brought toenforce the terms of this contract or over any action arising out of theunderlying transaction(s) with seller and venue may be had in the OntarioSuperior Court of the Province of Ontario.
