1988 SAAB 900 Aero Turbo Classic 16-Valve in cherry red camel combo
5-speed manual // Very low 193'000 km
Rare and original Carlsson 16" rims with near new Bridgestone Potenza low profile tyres.
In amazing condition for its age. Engine and turbo work perfectly. Paintwork is almost pristine. Recently fitted new crank seal, new oil pressure sensor, new fluids, new battery.
Custom grille, upgraded clear front and side indicators, bypass boost control, custom gearbox and downpipe.
Inside: leather is camel (tan), in excellent condition with some minimal wear for its near 30 year age. The meticulous owner may want to have the driver's seat re-upholstered, get the roof lining retrimmed and possibly redo the carpets.
Stereo is the original Alpine 'Aero' surround unit with equaliser. I've had electrical work done on the car and currently the radio and speakers need to be reconnected, but i've heard it work and it sounds amazing. Will also supply spare equaliser and amp with the car.
Electric windows, mirrors, sunroof all working.
Comes with original manuals, papers and full service history.
Roadworthy and registered in the ACT until end of Apr 2016.
This car is blast to drive; surprisingly fast and the rolling acceleration between 3-4th is phenomenal!
Rare as hens teeth to see these around, especially in this colour combination.
Reason for the sale is honest. Cars take up too much time in my life and need to focus on other things.
