I am the 2nd owner.  I have owned the vehicle for just little over 3-years, and in that time have driven the vehicle without incident for nearly 51,000 miles.  This is my 2nd 300M, and still love it.  My reason for selling is that need to purchase pick-up truck for my business, and refuse to except the low-ball trade-in offers I've been getting.

This car needs bit of love (see the full description), but it has many years and miles ahead of it.

Mechanical The GoodCurrently my daily driver --  I still drive the car 30-90 miles each day.  Starts, Runs & Drives. Transmission shifts up & down.  Brakes done about 10k miles ago. Engine still has plenty of "get up & GO," and the stops when you want it to.  Until recently, car went around corners like it was on rails.
Mechanical The Bad (items that am aware of) *I'm not mechanic -- there may be other things in need of attention, but don't think so.  I'm disclosing what I'm aware of, so there is no call for dispute.
Front suspension needs attention.  Maybe bearings, bushing, ball joints?  Buyer beware...suspension will need attention before any long-distance drives.Check Engine Light is on due to sensors to be changed Camshaft Position sensor, and O2 exhaust gas sensordue to Cam sensor cruise control doesn't work starting is little finicky and trans hesitates from time to time ($100 sensor, and this problem goes away). Interior The GoodVery good overall condition. Carpet & headliner are clean.  Driver's seat has some cracking, but no rips, tears or wholes.  Leather has been wiped-down with Meguiar's leather conditioner three times per year, the last years.

Interior The Bad
Factory stereo CD changer were defective.  For this reason had the Kenwood radio professionally-installed shortly after buying the carIndiglo Gauge Cluster lights up only when it wants to.  Was never able to figure this out.  Generally, if it's cold outside, the gauges light-up as they should, when you turn the headlights on.  However if it's above freezing, they usually don't go figure.  For what it's worth, you get used to it.GPS suction cup mounting disc glued to the dash by the previous ownerAM radio doesn't work.  Never has, as long as I've owned the car.
The aftermarket tinted windows are wearing away slightly.  Not major thing...but in the spirit of being open & honest, I'm mentioning it.Exterior The Good
To my knowledge, the vehicle has never been wrecked and was well-cared for by both myself, and the previous owner.  Car has been hand-washed on routine basis, and is detailed at least once per year.When she's all clean & polished up, aside from few stone chips and scratches, she's still real looker.  I get frequent compliments.Exterior The Bad
When bought the car, there was small dent on the top of the right fender.  And the front bumper had series of stone chips and scratches from 10+ years of country driving.  I had the dent popped-out, and the stone chipped areas professionally painted. The fender and bumper are still the factory originals to my knowledge.The following winter, on very cold night, got "love tap" in parking lot, no damage, but the clear coat did craze & crack in the extreme cold.  As such, the clear is peeling of the bumper in spots.The car was oil-sprayed the first few years, but Quebec's salt covered roads have caught up to her.  There is noticeable rust on the seams of the doors, hood, and trunk.   Fortunately the floors & frame are solid.The frame of the moonroof has rust, however it still opens & closes properly; and it does not leak drop of water -- even in torrential rain.The windshield has small cracks caused by flying stones on the highway.  One is at the bottom passenger side, under the wiper, and is about 3-4 inches long.  The other is at the top right and is about 8-9 inches long, straight downThe lower undersides of the plastic bumpers & rockers have some scuffs & scrapes consistent with car that's only 6-8 inches off the ground.
