ONE OF KIND 408C 6.7L CUSTOM BRONCO3 year ground up rebuild. Professionally built 408 Cleveland Stroker motor, 507hp@6000rpm and 504tq@4300rpm on engine dyno, have video and specs. Running through twin custom 3inch mild steel exhaust, sounds incredible. Low km with only 500 on the clock, engine just breaking in. Top quality parts, billet and forged gear, CHI 3V alloy heads and intake. Setup for twin snorkel intake. March Billet Serpentine system including aircon, PS pump, wire 100amp alternator and Edelbrock alloy water pump. Massive aftermarket alloy radiator with twin adjustable thermo fans.Customised interior now two seater, each with point harnesses, but inertia reel for top two points so ADR compliant. Aftermarket bucket seats ADR compliant. Ididit aftermarket RHD steering column and shaft. Customised fibreglass dash for custom Speedhut gauges. Custom centre console with 21 Carling style switches custom laser etched by OTRATTW in USA, not the cheap air locker type. Alpine 7in touchscreen headunit with GPS and reverse camera. Huge Vintage Air (USA) aircon unit behind dash. Interior fully heat shielded, sound deadened and new carpet fitted front to rear. 87-91 model door trims.Fully rewired front to rear with Painless 20 circuit weatherproof harness as base, then customised for add-ons. Power windows, 92-96 model power mirrors, central locking with remote keyless entry. Keyless push button start. Dual battery system with Optima Yellow Top 2, upgraded 500amp solenoid for dual battery winching. Dual Air Zenith compressors with underbody 200psi alloy 20ltr tank. Stereo all Fusion with 8in powered subwoofers 2, 1200watt amps for L/R F/R splits, all parts supplied but not fitted.Drivetrain upgrades include all new bearings, rebuilt transfer case, new brakelines throughout chassis and all wheels with braided lines. New rotors, pads and rebuilt calipers all four corners. Rear 9in diff disc brake conversion with park brake. New tie rod ends and steering draglink. Wilwood clutch Master cylinder with Macleod hydraulic throwout bearing and Macleod clutch. Brakes now hydroboost with GM MC and full custom steel braided lines. Underbody sound deadened, chassis stripped and painted POR15 gloss black.This project is 95% complete, very little to finish but seeing as am now unemployed must let my Shrek go. Rust at top of passenger pillar need repair as 50 cent size hole, again easy fix. Pics available.Could not build it for the asking price.
