•VW Golf mk5 GTI 2005•• MOT May 2020 120k HPI clear 2 keysHas all the standard GTI features like Flat bottom Steering wheel, GTI tartan seats (not ripped), Climate control, Auto lights, Auto Wipers, Aircon, Black interior, Coming home lights.Early spec GTI meaning this has the Blue tinted windows No roof aerial.Car is still being used at the moment so mileage will rise but not by much due to me working like miles away. When had bought this car had taken it straight to VAG specialist shop where asked if they could give it check over.Which they found bushes needed replacing, gators split, ball joint with play and the rear drop links shot. With this being GTI thought why not replace the bushes for powerflex poly bushes so they will never need replacing again and enhances the handling for little extra money over standard bushesI also had the cambelt waterpump replaced as it started to come up to years, and cam chain was replaced due to starting to rattle. Its also had full service, including NGK Iridium plugs fitted, and the oil pick up cleaned out.I decided it might be best to get the oil pick up pipe cleaned out while the oil was being changed as many other mk5 gti TFSI owners on Facebook have suffered with these getting blocked up when they dont get cleaned out after awhile. With service history including new parts fitted in January; •Cambelt water pump •Cam chain kit with tensioner, pulley, new n205 valve Rocker cove gasket •New D/S Ball joint •Pickup pipe cleaned •Full service with 5w40 Shell oil new NGK Iridium plugs fitted. •Rear drop links •CV boot kit inner outer •New oil filter housing as middle section of the inside was missing. •Powerflex Polybush Dog bone mount •Powerflex Polybush rear arms •Powerflex Polybush front lower arm rear bush This is lovely car to drive and now it has some of its Bush's replaced enjoy it so much more.I have replaced the rear boot badge for golf mk6 one as the old one had the white worm over it, the rear boot struts due to them feeling weak and have just fitted new bonnet strut due to the old one no longer lifting up and had fitted HPFP bracket cover. I have spent fortune on this car but do love it, so smooth to drive and the seats really hold you with there lumbar support. But sadly as ive spent so much and wanting to spend even more modifying this to make it faster or even built into show car have decided its best if sell it as am currently restoring an old VW so id like to get boring daily again and get back to building my project. Only modifications really are the Induction kit and the Turbo back custom exhaust system. Engine light is on due to the Decat exhaust.Only bad points are; •Rust bubble to left rear arch (can be spotted in photo) •Rust bubble (very small) to Drivers side skirt at the back. •Ding to boot next to left lights and some minor dings •Passenger side skirt has hole at the front, can hardly see it but did notice it when was cleaning the car, Never bothered me as was going to replace it one day for new ones or colour coded ones. •Idle seems to be abit rough when warmed but think its due to the decat as its not mapped for it, Never bothered me as the car runs normal For asking price can get fresh MOT put onto this if deposit is left.£2,900 open to offers, px ideally for cheap diesel Golf mk4 pd130/150, Seat leon fr pd150, polo 1.4 tdi, a2 1.4 tdi) (PX so your car and cash for mine) Sold as seen
